Terms of Service
Effective: 1 January 2025
These Terms of Service govern your use of the DASTOORR website (dastoorr.com) and the member portal (app.dastoorr.com). By accessing either platform or applying for membership, you accept these terms in full.
1. About DASTOORR
DASTOORR is a non-profit organisation working to connect people, support communities, and create practical opportunities across Pakistan. It is not a government body, a political party, or a financial institution.
2. Membership
- Membership is open to Pakistani citizens aged 18 and above.
- You must provide accurate information during registration. Providing false information may result in immediate cancellation.
- Membership is personal and non-transferable.
- DASTOORR reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership that violates these terms or the DASTOORR charter.
- Membership fees and payment terms are published in the Member Portal. We do not offer refunds on registration fees unless a scheme is cancelled by DASTOORR.
3. Programs and Benefits
Program availability, eligibility, pricing, and partner services are subject to change. The status of each program (live, coming soon) is displayed on the relevant benefit page. DASTOORR makes no guarantee that a planned program will launch by any specific date.
4. Housing Scheme
When a Housing Scheme opens, the full rules, unit types, pricing, and instalment plans will be published on the Housing Scheme page before any booking is accepted. No payment made outside that official process is valid. DASTOORR will not be responsible for funds paid to any third party claiming to act on our behalf without a written, signed agreement referenced on this site.
5. EASE Center and Commerce
Prices in the EASE Center are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Orders are subject to availability. Delivery terms are shown at checkout. DASTOORR is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners beyond our control.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the platform to spread misinformation, hatred, or content that violates Pakistan's laws.
- Misrepresenting yourself as a DASTOORR employee, council member, or spokesperson.
- Attempting to access another member's account or data.
- Commercial scraping of our website or member data.
- Any activity that disrupts the normal functioning of the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and code — belongs to DASTOORR or its licensors. You may share links to our pages and quote brief extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce entire pages or use our name and logo without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
DASTOORR provides this platform and its programs in good faith on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the site or reliance on program information. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the membership fee you have paid in the preceding twelve months.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify members by email or an announcement in the Member Portal at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use is acceptance.
